At the ITMA Asia 2024 exhibition in Shanghai, Tianjin GetonAgain Technology Co. Ltd. presented its advanced Computerized Multi-head Rotary-hook Quilting Machine, drawing attention for its potential to transform productivity in the home textile industry. This innovative machine is designed for multi-needle quilting applications, including winter comforters, summer quilts, bed covers, mattress protectors, and mattresses.

Equipped with a high-speed rotary hook, a double-row lock-stitch mechanism, and a 5-fold capacity rotary hook to reduce bobbin changes, the machine combines precision and efficiency. It features a full servo motor driving system for enhanced control, an adjustable needle bar spacing, and a unique atomized oiling system to extend machine durability. A user-friendly touchscreen interface further simplifies operations.

Industry experts at the event highlighted the potential benefits of adopting such automated quilting technology, including improved product quality, increased productivity, and lower operating costs.
